I would like first aid essentials for personal use and not for a business. Can I purchase first aid essentials through Provision First Aid?

Provision First Aid exclusively caters to distributors and does not facilitate personal transactions. Our first aid products and cabinets are tailored to meet the needs of businesses, organizations, and institutions seeking high-quality first aid solutions.

Is there a minimum amount I need to have to place an order?

Yes, a minimum of $200 is required to place an order. This minimum order requirement for first aid supplies ensures we can efficiently process and fulfill orders while also maintaining the quality and integrity of our products and services.

Is there free shipping for first aid supplies?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders over $2,000. This threshold allows us to provide complimentary shipping services for bulk orders and larger purchases of first aid supplies, ensuring added value and convenience for our customers.

Is there an additional charge for using a credit card?

Yes, there is an additional 3.5% is charged for use of a credit card. This fee helps cover the processing costs associated with credit card transactions. The preferred method of payment is ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfer.

I don’t need a full case, do I have to purchase the entire case? Are there any exceptions to the minimum order requirement?

In some cases, exceptions to the minimum order requirements may be considered. No, You do not have to purchase an entire case. However, there is a 15% service fee added.

I received my order but there were damaged items. What do I need to do?

Report all damaged items to Provision First Aid within 24 hours with a receipt of the package. Please email a picture of the item that was damaged along with a picture of the package it came in to – Once received, we may ask you to ship the damaged item back to us and we will send out a replacement item.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Your order will be shipped from our location in Warsaw, Indiana. As the base of operations for Provision First Aid, our facility in Warsaw serves as the central hub for processing and dispatching order to our customers across various regions.
